Supersport World Championship - Misano (Italy)
For the seventh time in a row, Matthieu wins a place in the overall
standings.
Upon his arrival and his first ride, Matthieu met some difficulties with the settings. It was very complicated for all tests, but Matthieu and his team have not released the efforts to try to
find a compromise on this beautiful Misano track ...
Unfortunately Matt was not able to emerge as he wished and is positioned only at the 13th on the grid.
Matthieu :
“I'm annoyed, because the efforts are not conclusive.
I know this circuit is relatively complicated to make overtaking as I like to do.
The task will not be easy, but I will do my best."
Under extreme heat, Matthieu realize a good start and is immediately on the path. He ranks at the 11th position on the third lap.
It continues to grow in coming within the top 10, but he will have to manage without taking too many risks, because he has no feeling with the track.
It makes a good battle with his teammate Salom and Portuguese Praia.
Riders are wheels in wheels, but from the halfway, Matthieu prefers not take risks and secure his position. He loses one place.
He finished this race in 11th position and scores some points

"This race vas difficult ...
I'm in great shape, and I could not run as I wished I did not take some pleasure, it's not very surprising because I meet some difficulties in Misano. What a pity.
Never mind, I remain patient and it will end up paying.
The only positives from this weekend is that I made a good start (it is rather encouraging)
and I won a place overall so I am at the 9th place."
